These are the best bets for databases with scholarly articles relevant to most FP130 research assignments.
If you didn't find what you wanted, Nimitz has access to many more databases. If you would like to explore what else is available, check out the A-Z Database List.
"How recent the material was published, who published the material (are they credible), is the material relevant to the specifics of the problem I am being asked to solve, is it objective or subjective, specific or universal, etc."

Nimitz Search is a great first try when looking for resources for your research assignment. Remember to tweak your results using the filters on the left of your results page to narrow those results down!
BLUF: You can get access to resources we don't own.
Sometimes you will see a resource in Nimitz Search or one of our databases that looks great, but the full text isn't there. When that happens, you have the option to request the item from Interlibrary Loan (ILL). This means that someone here will search for that item in libraries across the country. If they find it, you will get an email with access information. Electronic access (an article) will take less time than mailing a physical item (a book), so factor that into your timeline.
