When searching for sources in (rather than about) your target language, you will need to use the Advanced Search option to the right of the Nimitz Search, you can select a language option from the dropdown menu as indicated below. 

Reference sources, like encyclopedias, are good first steps to understanding a topic. These are a few that might be helpful more generally, but you can also utilize the Nimitz Search to bring up specific entries in reference sources. Just search for your topic and limit the results, using the filters on the left, to select only Reference Entities under the Content Type filter.
