ABC-CLIO ebooks are purely web-based and cannot be downloaded. However, they can be used by mobile devices, and any number of patrons can use them at the same time without an issue.
You may freely select portions of the ebooks at ABC-CLIO to print. When viewing a page, select the print option, then choose a range of pages to print out.
Upon accessing the Ebscohost Ebooks database, click the Sign In button in the upper right corner. Select Create a New Account. You will need to set up an account for many Ebsco features such as search alerts and storing articles in folders for later use. You will also need it to download ebooks from this platform, although most of our Ebscohost Ebooks cannot be downloaded.

Gale Virtual Reference Library Ebooks can be viewed in discrete chapters. Each chapter can be downloaded as a pdf file, but you should not download many or all of the chapters of any one book. Systematic downloading will be considered a violation of the terms of use for Nimitz Library's purchases and subscriptions of digital content.
ProQuest Ebook Central (formerly ebrary) is multidisciplinary. In order to create an account, click the Sign In link. Not every ebook may be fully downloaded. However, even if the full book cannot be downloaded, you should still be able to print to PDF a local copy of a portion of the ebook. Ebook Central sets limits on how many pages may be copied or printed at a time.
