This curated list of books, films, podcasts, and more, aligns with the U.S. Naval Academy Attributes of a Naval Academy Graduate. This year, the Nimitz List working group selected resources for inclusive and resilient, and the materials listed under each section support the development of that particular attribute. This list is intended to complement the CNO’s Professional Reading Program. Care has been taken to include diverse voices and a variety of perspectives. USNA midshipmen, faculty, staff, and alumni contributed to the development of this list; the effort is led by the Nimitz Library Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
