Scopus is an interdisciplinary database searching more than just STEM topics. It allows you to sort search results by citation count.
Scopus is a comprehensive, curated abstract and citation database that finds relevant and authoritative research, identifies experts and provides access to reliable data, metrics and analytical tool across a wide variety of disciplines.
Google Scholar is another option with a familiar interface and citation counts.
